2014 - Present
In just over two years, Google Campus has become the heart of UK’s Tech City, offering entrepreneurs and startups work and event space, programs devised to give them the skills and knowledge they need, access to mentorship and a vibrant community. In the last year alone, Campus has helped startups create 2,000 jobs and raise £20 million in capital, and attracted over 100,000 people to Campus alongside the 30,000 entrepreneurs who are registered members.
As Head of Campus Talks I'm part of the Campus project team, working alongside the Head of Campus to deliver a program of inspiring Talks from top authors, innovators and thought leaders to the Campus community.
The role requires me to:
Excite and inspire Campus members by planning and executing a series of talks
Building a pipeline of potential speakers
Securing a line up of high quality events, attracting best-seller authors, successful founders and thought leaders from the tech industry
Work with the Campus team to create and execute the events, capturing the magic via livestreaming
